I guess you can call this my travel skincare or maybe just my personal skincare in general, because I either have minis of my full products, or fill up small containers. If something works for my skin, I hardly ever change it. My eczema skin do be sensitive y’all. 😌
Also, if anyone wants to discuss eczema in depth feel free to shoot me a message! This post only contains my general routine, not my flare up specific one.
Skin type: dry and sensitive
Body lotion
For my fellow dry/eczema skin folks out there, my pro-tip is moisturize IMMEDIATELY after you shower to lock in that moisture. Ideally, a cold to lukewarm temperature shower. But me being me, I like it scalding hot so my skin is doomed.
- Aveeno – for dry weather since I find it retains moisture better on my body. Been using their entire eczema line since I was a baby
- Cetaphil – started using this when I lived in the Philippines and discovered it is more comfortable and lightweight on my skin for hotter/humid weather
Facial Skin Care
THIS IS GOING TO BE IN ORDER. We are cultured in this household.

Note: just because the below products work well with my skin and don’t trigger my eczema, I can’t guarantee they would work well for everyone. Feel free to use this as a starting point reference while you figure out what works best with your skin.
Cleansing Balm/Makeup Remover:

Beauty of Joseon – Radiance Cleansing Balm

Clean it Zero 3-in-1 Cleansing Balm by Banila Co (main travel balm, I have the mini size)
Facial wash:

(AM) COSRX – Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser – I found this to be very drying if used like a normal facial wash, but using only a small dot amount and lathering between your hands works just fine for me

(PM) First Aid Beauty – Pure Skin Face Cleanser (also my travel face wash, mini size)
Exfoliant: only as needed, usually for days I wear more makeup

First Aid Beauty – Facial Radiance Pads
Toner: I only use this at night. I’ve been told some people experience purging with this product, so be sure to patch test before using.

Some By Mi – AHA-BHA-PHA 30 days miracle toner
Essence:

COSRX – Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence (be sure to patch test, I’ve read snail mucin is drying for some people)
